By employing the notion of a twistor-spinor associated with a twisted spin bundle, the author exhibits a pair of conformal invariants involving twistor-spinors. These invariants are constant on the spin manifold, and when the spin bundle corresponds to a flat Hermitian vector bundle the same invariants occur. The various interrelations of these results with the twisted Dirac operator and Killing spinors are investigated.
