Saito (in the hypersurface case) and Looijenga (in general) showed that the algebra of vector fields tangent to the discriminant of a versal deformation of a complete intersection with an isolated singularity is a free module over the ring of holomorphic functions on the ambient space. The author gives a description of a set of generators which can be used to make actual calculations.
