The paper deals with modeling of infinite-dimensional discrete bilinear systems driven by Hilbert space-valued second-order random sequences, which are defined as the uniform limit of finite-dimensional bilinear models. The author establishes the existence and uniqueness of solutions to such models under the assumptions of independence and structural similarity for the stochastic environment. A further result is the characterization of conditions under which uniform structure equiconvergence implies uniform state convergence.
