Verf. untersucht die Wellengleichung \[ \varDelta\varPhi+\frac{\omega^2}{u^2}\varPhi=0 \] und zeigt unter etwas anderen Voraussetzungen als den üblichen bei der Ableitung der \textit{Schrödinger}gleichung, daß sich als einzig mögliche Materiewellengleichung gerade die \textit{Schrödinger}sche ergibt. Ferner diskutiert er einige elektromagnetische Ausbreitungs vorgänge nach obiger Gleichung.
