In the theory of prehomogeneous vector spaces, it is important to give the explicit forms of \(b\)-functions. By the aid of microlocal analysis, the author gives the holonomy diagram and the explicit form of the \(b\)-function of \((\text{GL}(1)^2 \times \text{Spin}(10)\), half-spin rep. + vector rep.), which is one of the regular simple prehomogeneous vector spaces.
