On a new method of discretization of differential linear repetitive processes (Q1840925)

The problem of discretization of linear repetitive processes has been considered. A modified approach to the trapezoidal method of discretization of linear repetitive processes has been proposed and some computer simulation has been presented. This new method gives very good results even if the discretization period is very long, also comparing with other effectively used discretization methods. The proposed method can be also useful to avoid some problems of destabilization of a continuous-time linear repetitive process which may occur while the model is very close to the stability/instability boundary.
