On products of symmetric, skew-symmetric, Hermitian, and involutory matrices (Q1841314)

An attempt to consider known classical theorems of matrix theory from one point of view is presented. A general scheme of proving the classical theorems on the matrix products of symmetric, skew-symmetric, Hermitian and involutory matrices is given. A short review of the history of the theorems under consideration is presented in the conclusion of the article.
