The advancement of the display capabilities of the computer has led to the development of a new field of application of the computer, in particular, cognitive graphics. The purpose of cognitive graphics is to represent specific relations and mechanisms that are important to the researcher in an accessible and representative form. The difference between cognitive and illustrative graphics can be compared to the difference between painting and photography. This paper is devoted to the use of cognitive graphics to analyze data rhythms. Such a traditional problem in cybernetics as computerized diagnostics of disruptions in cardiac rhythms is used as the test material.
