Special subclasses of analytic and multivalent functions in the unit disc with negative coefficients are introduced. Some results including this subclasses are obtained: coefficient estimates, distortion and inclusion theorems are proved (some of these results are sharp and final); radii of starlikeness and convexity are obtained etc.
