A sufficient condition for the global attractivity of the zero solution to the neutral difference equation of the form \[ \Delta (x_{n}-c_{n}x_{n-k})+p_{n}x_{n-l}-q_{n}x_{n-r}=0,\text{ } n=0,1,2,...\; \] is established. An example illustrating the result is given.
