Mathematical model of virtual photon scattering (Q1848647)

The article generalizes the method of discrete sources (MDS) in the case of the perturbation of a particle with axial symmetry by \(P/S\)-polarized nonradiating waves (virtual photons). The analysis of scattering particles with different indices of refraction is carried out. The comparison of scattering properties of particles during the perturbation by virtual photons and linearly polarized plane waves falling from the side of the air is given.
