The authors compute \(K\)- and Ext-groups for the \(C^*\)-algebra \(C^*(E)\) of any countable directed graph \(E\). The results generalize the \(K\)-theory computations of I. Raeburn and W. Szymański and the Ext computations of the second named author for row-finite graphs.
