The author gives necessary and sufficient conditions for Nörlund summability. In fact the author has extended his own result [Far East J. Math. Sci. 1, 517-524 (1999; Zbl 0942.40003)], which is an extension of results of \textit{H. Bor} and \textit{B. Thorpe} [Analysis 7, 145-152 (1987; Zbl 0639.40005)]. So the author's result is an extension of results of H. Bor and B. Thorpe.
