The paper presents an extension of \(H_{\infty}\)-control theory to complete Hausdorff convex spaces, including Hilbert spaces, by introducing a real \(n\)-dimensional parameter to the transfer function matrix. The minimal realization including an inner-outer factorization, the Lyapunov equations, and the infimal model-matching error are analyzed. An algorithm for computing the infimal model-matching error and the infimal controller in a locally convex space is given, including two numerical examples.
