The authors consider the problem of a sequence of functionals \(\{f_h\}\) \(\Gamma\)-converging to a functional \(f_{\infty}\) subject to the condition that a constraint is given by the intersection of a convex set and a hypersurface with boundary. The stability of the essential values of \(f_{\infty}\) is investigated. The paper is readable and the exposition of the main concepts from nonsmooth critical point theory very interesting.
