The authors discuss the differential diagnostics problem for dynamically controlled system in the case when the trajectory measurements contain noise [\textit{I. T. Borisënok} and \textit{I. A. Smarzhevskij}, ``Navigation and control theory for moving objects. Functional diagnostics mechanics of control system of aircraft motion''. Scientific report No. 3930, Inst. Mekh. Mos. Gos. Univ., Moscow (1990)]. For this problem an algorithm is applied which was developed in [\textit{I. T. Borisënok} and \textit{M. V. Shamolin}, Fund. Prikl. Matem. 5, No. 3, 775-790 (1999; Zbl 0967.93033)].
