    The authors discuss the work of two-phase gas-drop reactor of ideal mixing. The nonuniqueness domains of stationary equilibrium states are determined and stability of stationary states is studied. It is established that the points of unstable equilibrium states correspond to nonstationary stable oscillating regimes in the reactor.
