This paper is devoted to the explicit and implicit two-parametric iterative Arrow-Hurwicz algorithms for linear block saddle-point problems. Criteria for convergence and estimates for the rate of convergence are provided. Estimates for the convergence rate of the explicit algorithm can be obtained by analyzing the resolvent of the iteration operator.
