This paper deals with presentation of statistical software, called ISP/CATS (Computer Aided Teaching Statistics). The ISP/CATS consists of the following components: E-BOOK, LECTURE including dynamic motion, CATS for teaching supplementary, EXAM for a test examination, and ISP for data processing components. The E-BOOK not only is a hyper-linked electronic textbook, but also has the ability to link relevant Web sites of related subject. The following modules of CATS are presented: Probability Distributions, Sampling Distributions, Confidence Intervals, Testing Hypothesis, Regression Analysis. The ISP enables a user to do an interactive experiment on what students learned from the e-book and lecture.
