The authors study isometric (quasi-) \(n\)-shifts on continuous function spaces. Some extensive work has been published in the subject by several researchers. The present paper is devoted to the extension of known results to \(n\)-shifts for \(n\geq 1\) and in a locally compact space setting. New tools for analyzing the range spaces of such shifts are considered.
