The paper describes a general correcting method of phase difference for the discrete spectrum. The steps are as follows. Sample discrete-time signal with the length of \((L+N)\) points, taking the first \(N\) points as an \(N\)-point sequence. From the \(L\)th point to the end, generate another \(N\)-point sequence. Perform the length-\(N\) fast Fourier transform on both sequences and correct the spectrum by use of the phase difference of corresponding peak lines. Simulation results are displayed.
