The author has previously proven that the minimal simplicial model of an H-space in which the squaring operation is a homotopy equivalence can be endowed with a strictly commutative simplicial pseudo-group structure [Topology Appl. 112, No. 3, 337-348 (2001; Zbl 0989.55005)]. This paper provides an analogue where squaring is replaced by taking \(p\)th powers for any positive integer \(p\). The result is a \(p\)-variable simplicial pseudogroup structure which has strict cyclic symmetry.
