The authors propose a finite volume method for convection-diffusion equations solved by domain decomposition. The grid may be nonconforming at interior interfaces, and a Robin condition is used at the interfaces. The convection terms are discretized with an upwind scheme, so the method is robust with respect to singular perturbation. An error analysis is given.
