Using the analytic model theory of subnormal operators, the authors study some special subnormal operators with finite rank self-commutators. A necessary and sufficient condition concerning the unitary invariance of this kind of subnormal operators is presented. In addition, the concrete model for some subnormal operators is given in the paper.
