For the time-harmonic Maxwell equations an analogue of the Cauchy-type integral is studied together with bounday value questions (Sokhotski-Plemelj). This is firstly presented in the real setting, then the necessary quaternionic analysis is done. The function theory of the quaternionic Maxwell operator is then used to prove the theorems stated in the first section.
