The author presents a general construction on a prenearness frame depending on a family \(F\) of sets of cozero element. If \(F\) is a family of countable collections of cozero elements of a frame or nearness frame, then the general construction yields its Lindelöf regular coreflection. Other choices of \(F\) yield both the Stone-Čech compactification as well as the paracompact regular coreflection in the theory of frames.
