The author considers an infinite thin plate with a circular hole. It is assumed that the plate is symmetric and it is loaded symmetrically with respect to its middle plane. The author proposes to add to two complex potentials, which are used in the solution of plane problems of the elasticity theory, the third complex potential. This allows the consideration of the problem on plane stressed state in three-dimensional statement. The expressions of the components of the stress tensor and some other functions are presented by means of three complex potentials.
