Let \(G\) be a semi-simple group with an involution, \(K\) the fixed-point subgroup for the involution, \(B\) a Borel subgroup. Invariants of the action of \(B\) on \(G/K\) are discussed. One invariant was introduced by R. W. Richardson. Two other invariants are subsets of the Weyl group.
