The authors present an algorithm for Monte Carlo simulation of the Boltzmann transport equation (an integro-differential equation for the electron distribution function). The algorithm is simple to use, based on a sequence of fixed times \(t_1, t_2, ...\) and random numbers are used to determine whether scattering occur at intermediate times. A proof is presented of the proposed propagation scheme and the consistency of the scheme is checked.
