The aim of this paper is to develop a formulation of noncommutative \({\mathcal{N}}=2\) supersymmetric theories in harmonic superspace. The harmonic superspace approach provides a unique possibility of formulating the \({\mathcal{N}}=2\) supersymmetric models in terms of off-shell \({\mathcal{N}}=2\) superfields and therefore allows one to preserve the manifest \({\mathcal{N}}=2\) supersymmetry which is especially important in quantum theory. A construction of the basic noncommutative \({\mathcal{N}}=2\) models within the harmonic superspace approach is described. The authors also investigate the new aspects stipulated by the noncommutativity
