An interesting account of multivariable special functions connected with reflection groups of finite orders has been presented via algebra of differential-difference operators. The finite groups considered here are the dihedral group, the symmetric group, the hyperoctahedral group and the icosahedral group. The paper is an excellent example of inter-disciplinary work.
