Electromagnetic scattering problems in three-dimensional bounded media with complex permittivity and permeability were studied as an extension of papers by the author's [the last in Differ. Uravn. 30, 2162-2174 (1994; Zbl 0853.35086)]. Two types of problems were considered: (a) the scatterer has a permittivity everywhere continuously differentiable, (b) the second scatterer has a sufficiently smooth boundary and a constant scalar constant complex permittivity. The integro-differential equations for \(E\) and \(H\) are given.
