The paper considers the problem of stabilizing by state feedback a linear, discrete time, non-stationary dynamical system over an arbitrary field assuring that the state components admit a given estimate. Under the hypothesis of complete controllability, conditions for the existence of a canonical form are given. A general scheme for synthesizing a stable system is presented and stabilization criteria for specific groups of state transformations are obtained.
