The author refines his results [Mosc. Univ. Math. Bull. 56, No. 5, 31--33 (2001); translation from Vestn. Mosk. Univ., Ser. I 2001, No. 5, 52--54 (2001; Zbl 1022.60020)], where a central limit theorem for the uniform distribution of fractional parts of sequences of exponential growth is given.
