The paper defines the energy space \(H_1\) over a composite (stratified) manifold being a Hilbert space and considers certain nonlinear equations and quadratic extremal problems on such a space. For these problems, the author suggests asymptotically optimal algorithms for their solution with computational error estimates thus verifying the Bakhvalov--Kolmogorov principle.
