The author considers \(n\times n\) pseudoinverse matrices, magic and semimagic squares [see, e.g., \textit{J. Gross, S.-O. Troschke} and \textit{Trunkler}, Int. J. Math. Educ. Sci. Technol., Vol. 39, No. 6, 861--865 (1999)], and their eigenelements. Some properties of the latter are proved in the case of an arbitrary \(n\) thus generalizing certain results of the paper cited above and those of \textit{G. Trenkel} [Int. J. Math. Sci. Educ., Vol. 30, No. 2, 307--308 (1999)].
