The authors study biorthogonal Wilson bases with B-spline windows. Such Wilson bases provide very efficient representations of sinusoids modulated by spline functions. Exact Riesz bounds for these Wilson bases with B-spline windows are given. Further, an explicit formula for the computation of the dual window function is presented. The decay rate of the dual window for the biorthogonal Wilson basis is determined.
