Methods of structural design of control systems that are stable under considerable gains are applied to systems with incomplete compensation of delays and external perturbations. For an arbitrary (even infinite) gain, conditions for stability of the delay control system are obtained. The results obtained are illustrated by an industrial system for the control of the thickness of a rolled sheet.
