The notion of a good set on a Cartesian product is thoroughly investigated. A maximal good set is called a full set. Necessary and sufficient conditions for full sets are given (while such conditions for a good set were given in a previous paper), further set theoretic considerations follow and the relation to simplicial measures is explained.
