Using the description of nonsolvable dynamics by \textit{I. Nakai} [Ann. Inst. Fourier 44, 569--599 (1994; Zbl 0804.57022)], in this paper the author gives a new proof of the rigidity properties of some subgroups of \(\text{ Diff}({\mathbb C},0)\) (see Theorems 1, 2 and 3). The \(C^{\infty}\) case is also considered.
