The main objective of the paper is a general interpolation theorem for a finite family of approximation spaces determined by multiparametric approximation families. Typical examples of such spaces are ``mixed'' \(L_p\)-spaces with \(p=(p_1,\dots,p_d)\), anisotropic Sobolev and Besov spaces and spaces defined by a ``dominated'' set of mixed derivatives or differences.
