The paper is a contribution to the study of relationships between intrinsic and extrinsic invariants of submanifolds in a generalized complex space form. More precisely, the authors obtain relationships between the shape operators on one side, and the sectional curvatures and the \(k\)-Ricci curvatures, on the other side, for slant submanifolds of generalized complex space forms. In particular, there are deduced such interrelationships for totally real and invariant submanifolds.
