For \(N=2^s\) in the space of \(N\)-periodic functions of integer-valued argument \(s\) orthogonal bases are constructed such that the elements of the \(r\)-th basis for \(r\in\{1, \dots,s\}\) take \(2^r\) values, which are uniformly distributed on the unit circle of the complex plane.
