Since the first discovery in 1995, during the last years the number of detected extra-solar planets orbiting the solar type stars has risen up to about 100. Among those systems there are 11 systems with two or even more planets. Here the author examines the evolution of a system consisting of two proto- planets imbedded in a proto-planets disk. Two different models are studied numerically. Using two different initial setups for the planets and disk, two cases of trapping in the resonance 2:1 and 3:1 are obtained. It is noted that the resonant capture leads to a rise in the eccentricity and to alignment of spatial orientations of orbits.
