Using Krasnosels'kij's fixed point theorem the existence of positive solutions of a second order neutral differential equation of the form \([x(t) - cx(t - h)]'' + \sum^m_{i = 1} p_i (t) [g_i(t)] = 0\), \(t \geq t_0\), is established.
