The author gives a nice account of properties of harmonic measures for leafwise Laplacians of the stable and strong stable foliation of an Anosov flow, in particular of the geodesic flow on a compact negatively curved manifold. This includes a summary and interpretation of results of Garnett and Kaimanovich as well as re-statements and re-discoveries of results of Ledrappier and Knieper.
