Cyclic binary matrices and groups of their permutation automorphisms (Q1893626)

Cyclic binary matrices or binary circulants are binary matrices of order \(n\), each row of which is obtained from the previous one by a one-place cyclic shift. In his previous work [Komb. Anal. 5, 4-15 (1980; Zbl 0465.05017)] the author investigated properties of symmetric circulant matrices and \textit{N. Zagaglia Salvi} [Ann. Discrete Math. 30, 363-372 (1986; Zbl 0593.05014)] proved that the class of reflective circulants coincides with the class of symmetric circulants. In this paper the author generalizes some results of the paper above.
