This note is concerned with the investigation of a property of a uniform space, connected with the integral representation of linear functionals on spaces of uniformly continuous functions. In the author's paper [Usp. Mat. Nauk 37, No. 2(224), 237-238 (1982; Zbl 0502.28007)] it has been called property (A). External characterizations of this property and heredity theorems are obtained.
