This paper proves general Ray-Chaudhuri-Wilson and Delsarte type theorems on codes, and set systems with restricted intersections. It also generalizes Frankl and Wilson's modular-type results. The proofs are elementary and very elegant using multivariate polynomials of rational coefficients.
