The author refers to the idea of the great cyberneticist V. M. Glushkov who in 1975-1976 proposed the creation of ``Collective Medical Brain'', a complex cybernetic-information system consisting of numerous medical data, and knowledge banks and bases, banks of clinical medicotechnical and prophylactic-rehabilitational ideas, and also banks of ideas in ecology and sanitation.
